Dear Flowering Rock Farm Community,

We are so excited for the welcoming of summer and we have lots of new updates for you!

Farm Stand Open: Our farm stand is open select days with fresh flowers! Please note that our road is still technically closed to non-local/business traffic…I know…it’s been almost 2 years!! If you are not local, I’m more than happy to drop off flowers for pick up at one of our CSA locations: Rooted in Wine (Fairview) or J&M Farms (Hendersonville).

Flower CSA: Our summer CSA has started for our monthly subscribers, but we still have room for weekly subscribers for the months of July, August and September! You can find more information on our website here. The bouquets have been gorgeous this year, plus I throw in some extra stems and fresh herbs 😉

Egg Update: If you didn’t hear already or hear my son share the story, we had an unfortunate visitor at our chicken coop this winter. We lost most of our flock to a bobcat. We were fortunate that several of those chickens laid eggs the days before that we were able to hatch! We have about 25 pullets that will begin laying very soon so our egg production will increase, and we can have them at the stand again. Thank you for your patience. We have missed selling our eggs to y’all!

*Friday, July 17: Flower Pounding Workshop at Rooted and Gather. Create your own printed canvas bag with fresh locally grown flowers. $40/person

*Friday, July 24: Garden Gathering: A flower experience at our gardens located on the grounds of Laughing Waters in Gerton. Harvest your own flowers and create a special arrangement to take home. Enjoy the gorgeous mountain views & sunset while learning about the farm and flowers. Includes snacks, flower inspired drinks, you-pick experience, & flower arranging with instruction. 10 people max so let me know if you want to save your spot now! $50/person

Flower Bar/Workshops: Just a reminder that if you would like your own flower bar or workshop at your event, please let me know!
